We want return requests to be handled clearly and fairly. Eligible customers may submit a return request within 14 days after confirmed delivery.

Items that have been altered, used beyond ordinary inspection, or returned in a condition that prevents proper review may not be eligible.

  • Order reference
  • Item name
  • Reason for the request
  • Clear photos when the issue concerns damage, incorrect contents, or visible defects

Our support team will review the information and provide the next step when the request appears eligible.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a visible problem, please contact us promptly after delivery. Images may be requested to help us understand the condition of the item and determine an appropriate resolution.

Return Review

Returned items may be inspected after arrival to confirm that they match the approved request and satisfy the stated condition requirements. The result of the review will be communicated once completed.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping arrangements may depend on the reason for the request. When an item is confirmed to be incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective upon arrival, the case will be reviewed accordingly. For other eligible return situations, return delivery may remain the customer’s responsibility unless support provides different instructions.
